The smell of your cake, cookies, pie or muffins baking in the ovens is too DIE FOR. I love all the smells and the emotions I get while baking. It's the part of me that I love. :P I love the eggs fluffing up, the smell cinnomon and adding sugar to the eggs. I love the smell of cooked cookies wafting from the oven all over the house, screaming "I'm ready!". I love the smell of cool vanilla in the icing once you make it. I love grating carrots of carrot cake and chopping nuts to sprinkle over the chocolate ganache you just put on your cake. I would die for the smell of cocoa, and the smell it or coffee added to melting butter. I love cracking egges on the side of the dish. I love measuring flour and sometimes getting some marks of it on my cheeks or apron. I love slicing fruits and putting the batter into the oven. I love checking it once in a while and putting a fork through the center to see if it's cooked. I love turning it and keeping the cake on a cooling rack under the fan. I love decorating it and adding the icing to make it look marvellous. I love cutting slice, taking a bite. And the best part of all is when you say, "it's delicious.". :)
